6 Riads to choose from
Chic Luxury Retreats
Authentic Cuisine
In typical riad (traditional Moroccan house) style, these gorgeous properties are built around a central courtyard, with just a handful of rooms and lovely roof terraces. All are situated in the Medina (old town), five near the Bahia Palace, the sixth just a ten-minute walk away in the Kasbah District. Best of all, guests can use the facilities of any in the collection.
The all-suite 19th century Riad Si Said stands out for its regal gold and cream decor. Riad Lydines has a more contemporary feel, a dining room with a fireplace, and courtyard pool. One of the most atmospheric is Riad Tiwaline, with its decked courtyard, and library. Riad Blanc has a large tented rooftop terrace with rooftop massage tent, while Riad Bab Firdaus is best known for its spa and hammam facilities with indoor heated jet pool.
Perched on the roof is Angsana Riad Bab Firdaus Rooftop Restaurant where authentic Moroccan and Thai dishes are served to guests in all the riads - just as all guests have use of the award-winning Angsana Spa. There's no space for full-blown facilities, but each riad has a treatment room and a hammam where Thai staff deliver exquisite massages.
Service is hard to fault, and there's a choice of daily activities, from cooking classes and city tours to trekking in the Atlas Mountains.
