The Restaurant offers opulent, open-air French and Caribbean dining with panoramic sea views. Intimate, private dinners can be enjoyed in the expansive subterranean wine cellar, which holds more than 10,000 bottles. Beachside lobster barbecues are held one night a week and every afternoon at the Beach Bar, while rum tastings are among the signature touches of Bar de Champagne, located near the pool.
