A small train of charmingly appointed stilted villas snake into the sea. The rest of the collection of 142 Malay-style traditional villas are tucked into the hillside, shaded by the rainforest canopy or hidden in the gardens.

Designed and furnished to blend with the outstanding natural environment, they feature private balconies, high ceilings, large doors and hardwood floors. All have an over-sized bath tub and shower, some with an

outdoor bath.

Eight secluded estates are the ultimate in luxury, each comprising several stylish buildings built around nearby Marina Bay. These residences evoke the atmosphere of the old South East Asian estates when living was inextricably linked with nature. All have private pools, an on-call estate manager, two estate attendants and a chef.

The award-winning Spa Village includes eight treatment pavilions, open courtyards, lotus ponds and a reflexology path in four acres on a quiet bay between the sea and the rainforest.
