Set on a gentle hill, Peppers The Louise is an exclusive retreat among the vineyards of one of the world's great wine producing regions. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of vineyards, guests are perfectly placed to take advantage of the delights of this very special region an hour from Adelaide.
Just 15 rooms - all suites - offer absolute indulgence, not least the uninterrupted vistas across adjacent vineyards. Each design-inspired space has a sumptuous King-size bed, luxury linens, en suite bathroom, and sunny private rear terrace on which to enjoy a bottle of something special.
Every suite is reached through its own front courtyard, made inviting by luxury lounge furniture. The retreat’s award winning restaurant, Appellation, is destination dining at its most memorable. Menus vary daily to reflect the seasonal best of the region, typically with French, Asian and Italian added influences under the expert direction of Executive chef Mark McNamara, gold medallist in Tasting Australia's national culinary competition.
An extensive wine list presents the best of the Barossa Valley, the rest of Australia, and iconic wines of the world, whilst an intimate bar provides a charming spot for pre and after-dinner drinks.
Peppers The Louise, Barossa Valley features 15 luxuriously appointed accommodation guest rooms and suites, each ideally sited to provide guests with uninterrupted vistas across the adjacent vineyards, for which the Barossa Valley is internationally acclaimed.
Elegant sunset-facing spa suites with king-size bedding and BOSE Wave CD players, oversize lounge room, fireplace and large LCD television. One of these suites may be configured with a second bedroom to accommodate a third or fourth guest.

Peppers The Louise has bikes available for guests to use to cycle around the local area. A delightful way for guests to spend an afternoon at Peppers The Louise is to play boules. This continental sport is a fun and relaxing game - with the boule in one hand and a cool drink in the other, or guests can simply relax with a range of complimentary DVDs, games or a good book. Or enjoy some cocktails on the verandah.
Peppers The Louise Barossa Valley is an ideal venue for small conferences, meetings and executive retreats.
