Flanked on three sides by powder-fine white beaches, Rayavadee lies on a stunning Marine National Park peninsula overlooking the Andaman Sea in Thailand’s southern Krabi province.
There are 98 enchanting two-storey pavilions and four exquisitely exclusive private villas spread over 26 acres of coconut groves and tropical gardens bordered by gorgeous waters. Their award-winning architecture blends with the natural surroundings to create a unique atmosphere reminiscent of an idyllic southern Thai village. The circular one-bed Deluxe Pavilion, for example, echoes the rounded cliffs of the rock formations that characterise the area’s unique landscape. All accommodation has a private outdoor pool and/or Jacuzzi and magical tropical gardens.
There are four dining spaces, all with a bar: Krua Phranang is the best choice for Thai seafood; Raitalay Terrace is for daytime snacking; Raya caters to Western palates and the Grotto offers fine barbecue dining in a remarkably romantic limestone cavern. In addition, a private dining service, available 24 hours a day, offers exclusive options such as a candlelit dinner under the stars.
Rayavadee also has a beautiful spa adorned by sculptures of monkeys. The innovative array of treatments uses local ingredients that look delicious enough to eat - papaya, carrot, honey and prai (ginger root).

Dining at the Rayavadee is much than just a culinary experience. Each restaurant has its own ambience and distinctive character. The intricate carvings on the colums in the Raya Dining Room reflect the marine life of the area's coral reefs, framing the dining room's delicate gold mural. Alternatively, try dining at the Grotto, which nestles under an ancient limestone cliff on the edge of Phranang Beach.
Raya Dining - Thai and international menus are available in the Raya Dining Room where all day dining is served.
Krua Phranang - Scrumptious traditional Thai menus including fresh lobster, squid and assorted fish await to delight any seafood-lover.
Rai Talay Terrace - A selection of full-flavored snacks and fare are served for lunch, and also for dinner when you can watch the gorgeous sunset over the glittering sea.
