Six Senses Hideaway, Samui

Framed by 20 acres of lush grounds on the gently sloping northern tip of

Samui, the Six Senses Hideaway is positioned to give perfect views of the

ocean and outlying islands.

The resort has just 66 uniquely designed villas, 52 with private infinity edge

pools that blend into the horizon. All are two-storey with a sundeck and most

with a pool on the lower level.

There are four room types, the most indulgent being the 600 square metre,

two bedroom Presidential Villa offering a private living room with two day

beds, walk-in closet, outdoor dining space for ten and a private entrance to

signature ‘New Asian cuisine' restaurant Dining on the Rocks - nine terraced

decks of weathered teak and bamboo open-air and sheltered seating areas,

and an uninterrupted 270 degree view of the Gulf of Siam.

Over on the sunset side of the resort, Dining on the Hill offers three styles of

seating - regular tables, day beds and benches and Thai-style comfortable

cushions set on decking around the pond.

Much at Six Senses Hideaway Samui is adapted to nature (and not just the

ocean views). Many materials are sustainable, used materials are recycled,

and vegetables in any given dish are grown on the resort.
