Soaring 115 metres above the Qatar marine and desert landscape at the farthest tip of the city’s dazzling Corniche, The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is a sophisticated symbol of Middle Eastern finesse.
The luxury resort, situated on its own man-made island, fuses old-world Arabic charm with contemporary European design. Lavish carpeting carries guests along to a regal space decorated in golds and bold colours, such as the handcrafted sea blue armoires. French tapestry and 17th century artwork adorn the walls.
Private balconies offer lovely exterior views from every corner of the hotel. Baths are mini palaces in themselves. Butlers will gladly assist with unpacking while you sit back and order an in-room specialty feast from the 24 hour room service. Alternatively, at the top of this landmark 23 storey building is La Mer, a modern French gem, offering glorious views of the Arabian Gulf. There are nine restaurants in all.

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha has a total of 374 guest rooms. This includes 271 guest rooms and 103 Club level rooms and suites. Arabian-inspired design infuses each room with character, style and charm. Bold yet sophisticated colors are complemented by an abundant use of inlaid mahogany, gold and silver leaf, and the finest marble and granite. A fusion of form and function, light and shade, and color and texture soothes the senses.

Club Room For guests selecting Club rooms, reachable only by keyed elevator access, the level of service resembles a "hotel within a hotel". Dining experiences vary from a classical fine dining room and lavish buffets in a tropical environment, to hearty poolside snacks or the elegance of a signature Ritz-Carlton Afternoon Tea with musical accompaniment from a classical trio.
La Dolce Vita - The Pastry Shop serves delightful pastries, gateaux, freshly made bakery items and made-to-order celebratory cakes. Diners can enjoy specialty coffees and teas with cake while they watch pastry chefs give artistic finishing touches to their culinary masterpieces.
La Mer - Situated atop the 23-story building, La Mer offers expansive views of the Arabian Gulf as the perfect backdrop to the extraordinary interior design and the Modern French menu. Le Ciel, a private dining room, and the adjacent wine bar are also elegantly designed environments in which to relax and sample classical dining in its finest form.
Porcini - This signature Italian restaurant boasts a rich renaissance style decor ideal for romantic and intimate dining. Open for dinner, the emphasis is on classical Italian cuisine reflecting the specialties of the regions. The menu features risotto and traditional favorites such as Osso Bucco. An open kitchen provide an interactive dining experience.
Flamingos - The poolside location of Flamingos with its panoramic sea views is the perfect backdrop for casual dining. An eclectic menu of light snacks, grills, salads and sandwiches to enjoy after a workout, or whilst relaxing at the pool.
Habanos Cigar Bar - The rich mahogany furnishings of Habanos contrast with the spectacular sea views from the room's tall windows. The intimate surroundings - low sofas, easy chairs, and piano bar seating - create an intimate setting for cocktails and night drinks.
Cocktail Bar - Admiral Club - Striking in design, Admiral Club is the ultimate meeting point for those seeking eclectic rhythms, modern décor, signature cocktails and zesty snacks. The trendy lounge-bar offers a club-like atmosphere with incredible views of the turquoise blue waters of the Arabian Gulf.

Now The Ritz-Carlton Doha offers a selection of Shisha flavours in luxurious surroundings. Toufah (apple), farawlah (strawberry), zhagloul shisha (dark tobacco) and the favourite of the connoisseurs, kass shisha, are part of the selection that visitors can enjoy at the comfortable Sisha Diwan. A variety of juices, coffees and teas in addition to an oriental dessert buffet are available.
